The After Grief
THE AFTER GRIEF
When the firsts are over, but your grief isn't.
Something strange can happen after that first year.
The anniversaries have happened.
The birthdays have happened.
You've survived the dates you weren't sure you'd survive.
And the world may assume the worst is behind you.
Except grief hasn't packed a suitcase and left.
Instead, another question can begin appearing:
Who am I now?
This is where The After Grief begins.
A twelve-month one-to-one journey for the time when grief is becoming less about surviving the next twenty-four hours and more about discovering the person who exists now.
Not the person you were before.
Not a replacement version.
You. Now.
Life after loss is still life
Loss changes us.
Relationships change.
Priorities change.
Friendships can change.
Our sense of identity, purpose, home, future, and even what we believe can shift underneath us.
That doesn't mean something has gone wrong.
It means we're learning a new landscape.
Our work during this year gives you room to explore it.
There may still be tears.
There may still be fury.
There may still be days when grief knocks you sideways.
We're not leaving any of that behind.
But alongside grief, we begin making room for you.
Your wants.
Your boundaries.
Your identity.
Your curiosity.
Your future.
Not a future without the person who died.
A future in which their life and their love can still have a place.
The After Grief includes
Monthly one-to-one support
Online via Zoom or in person, giving us regular space to explore what's changing and what you're discovering.
Three opportunities for deeper Intensive work
Usually around March, June, and September, allowing us to go deeper into the areas that need more than an ordinary session.
Access to Fire Meditations
Space to step away from everyday noise and reconnect with yourself around the fire.
Full Moon Remembrance Circles
Because moving forward with your life does not require leaving someone behind.
This may be for you if...
The acute early stages of grief have changed, but you don't recognise the person left standing.
You're wondering what comes next.
You're beginning to want things again and that brings its own complicated emotions.
You want to explore identity, purpose, or the shape of your future.
Or you've realised that surviving your loss and living after it are two different things.
There is no rush here.
We're not reinventing you.
We're discovering you.
Investment
£6,000 for twelve months of support.
Before we decide to work together, we'll have a conversation.
You can tell me where you are, what you're noticing, and what you think you might need.
And if neither of us knows exactly what that is yet?
That's okay.
We can start there.
